About 1,300 Syrians returning from Lebanon after the ongoing war have arrived, and the number is increasing. 

The head of the Drivers Union in Raqqa Canton, Hassan al-Khabour, explained to Hawar Agency that there are another number of cars carrying families returning from Lebanon, which will arrive today. 

He stressed that the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria is providing facilities for the residents, and a number of buses have been allocated to transport returnees from the cities of Homs and Damascus, through coordination with the Social Affairs and Toilers Authority and the Relief Office to register the names of all returnees and provide them with assistance. 

Before that, three Syrian families returning from Lebanon, consisting of 15 people, most of whom are women and children, arrived at the camp for displaced people in Kiri Spi in Ain Issa in the Euphrates Canton. 

The Autonomous Administration’s representation in Lebanon had formed a committee to follow up on the affairs of Syrian refugees, on September 24, to follow up on the affairs of those who are from the North and East Syria region.
