Statement: 

"In light of the rapid developments witnessed in the region, especially what is happening in Lebanon, where the suffering of our displaced Syrian people in Lebanon is increasing, as they live in difficult conditions as a result of the displacement journey that began with the Syrian crisis more than a decade ago. 

We affirm that return is a basic right for Syrians, and all parties must work to facilitate this return by all possible means. In light of these circumstances, it is necessary and urgent to facilitate the return of our displaced people to their homeland, Syria, especially for those who wish to return to the areas from which they were displaced. 

We in the Democratic Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria also affirm our readiness to provide all forms of support and assistance necessary for the return of the displaced, calling on Damascus to cooperate to facilitate their passage and take their suffering into serious consideration. 

We are all committed to working to alleviate the suffering of our displaced people and achieve their safe return, to ward off any risks they may be exposed to in light of the current situation."
