Controlling fires that have been raging for hours in the Latakia countryside.
Firefighting teams were able to control the fire in Wadi Beit Zariqa after 12 continuous hours of attempts.
The Syrian Al-Watan newspaper said that small pockets of fire are being dealt with so far.
The fires broke out in a valley between the villages of Al-Shaqra and Beit Zariqa in the Latakia countryside, and 10 firefighting teams participated in extinguishing it, in addition to several machines.
